Eric-RosedaleU.S. firm Greenberg Traurig has hired Dentons’ global real estate co-head Eric Rosedale to fill a new management position in London.

Rosedale, who joined the firm’s London office June 16, has taken on a new position as chair of the firm’s international real estate practice, according to The Lawyer. The job essentially means he will be responsible for all real estate matters outside of the United States, along with the firm’s current real estate head Tim Webb.

His move means he leaves Dentons after over a decade, having joined legacy Salans in 2002. While at the firm he managed the 600-member real estate practice, a position he started to share with Warsaw-based partner Paweł Dębowski, who joined Salans from Clifford Chance in 2010 (10 July 2010), earlier this year.
