In a surprise development, an Italian corporate boutique in Milan has picked up a finance team from Latham & Watkins.
The team includes banking and finance group chair Riccardo Agostinelli who will become a named partner at the new firm, Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners. Gattai was formed in 2012 with a team from Dewey LeBoeuf’s Milan office.
