Simmons & Simmons expands in Amsterdam with the appointment of Jeroen Bos who will join the firm as a partner in its capital markets practice on July 1.  Boss specializes in international capital markets transactions and has significant experience in asset-backed financing transactions, including public securitisations, covered bonds work and trade receivables financing.

 

Skadden is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Robertson has joined its European Government Enforcement and White Collar Crime practice as a partner in the London office. Robertson has more than 20 years of experience advising on multi-jurisdictional white collar crime cases involving allegations of fraud, corruption and money laundering, and on internal investigations.

Skadden is also pleased to announce that Kenji Taneda joined the firm’s Tokyo office as a partner in its Corporate group. Joining from the corporate department of another large global law firm, Mr. Taneda regularly represents both issuers and underwriters in capital markets matters, including equity and debt offerings by Japanese corporations, financial institutions and sovereign entities.
