Pinsent topped the list of UK-based firms in a recent GC survey.
Six other law firms received numerous positive mentions in responses to questions from The Lawyer: Axiom, DLA Piper, Eversheds, Herbert Smith Freehills, CMS and Slaughter and May.
The survey, for the annual Business Leadership Report, posed a series of open-ended questions including: “Which external legal services provider do you most like to work with and why?”
Only a small number of firms that did well in terms of feedback or had been name-checked positively by clients were highlighted, with Pinsent emerging the clear winner.
Pinsent did particularly well for the quality of the client listening programs that it runs and also for the lengths to which it goes to understand the needs of clients. Source: The Lawyer
