MOVE_HengelerShiloh Industries, Inc., a global supplier of lightweighting, noise and vibration solutions, has signed a definitive agreement with FinnvedenBulten AB to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Finnveden Metal Structures AB (FMS) of Gothenburg, Sweden. The acquisition, valued at SEK372.3m (approximately $56.6 million), is expected to close at the end of June.

FMS manufactures products and components made of steel, aluminum and magnesium for the automotive sector and general industry. FMS generates nearly $180 million in annual sales revenue and has approximately 800 employees.

Hengeler Mueller is advising Shiloh Industries as lead counsel on the transaction in an integrated team together with the law firms Vinge in Sweden and SPCG in Poland.
