Moroğlu Arseven has announced that Bora İkiler joined the firm as counsel on May 5.
Bora has eight years of experience in corporate and commercial law and will lead the firm’s competition law practice. The firm said his joining will support what the firm offers clients in this area.
Bora is known for supporting Turkish and international clients to structure and implement corporate and commercial transactions and deals, with a particular focus on competition law. He has represented a range of clients before the Turkish Competition Authority in their merger control filings, individual exemption filings, leniency applications, as well as pre-investigations and investigations, according to the firm.
A 2006 graduate of Bilkent University Faculty of Law, his work has included compliance obligations by way of audits and mock dawn raid sessions, also presenting training seminars and developing workplace policies. Bora’s experience spans diverse industries, including beverages, banking, health, cement, automotive, retail, cosmetics, ticketing, as well as broadcasting.
