Baker McKenzie welcomes three new partners to their team in Amsterdam. Henk Arnold Sijnja, Casper Banz and Mohammed Almarini. Sijnja specializes in cross-border M&A, joint ventures and initial public offerings. Banz and Almarini both advise strategic and private equity investors on private M&A.

Clifford Chance appoints new partner Victoria Bortkevicha to their office in Moscow. Bortkevicha specializes in Russian corporate banking transactions and banking entities, real estate financing transactions and aircraft finance, she will be taking over the role from Logan Wright.

Gide introduces Frédérique Misk-Malher as new secretary general to their office in France. Misk-Malher will be responsible for the financial report division, supporting the executive committee and implementing the firms’ development policy.

Noerr hires new equity partner Lars Kutzner to their office in Frankfurt. Kutzner will be advising on criminal law matters as well further develop tax compliance and international compliance and the development of the cross-border business.

Schoenherr announces the promotion of Thomas Kulnigg to Partner in their Vienna Office where he is currently situated. Kulnigg will be advising clients from IT, technology, industrial and financial sectors on their national and international transactions.

CMS Cameron McKenna welcomes Wojciech Koczara as new head of the firm’s real estate practice in Poland, Koczara succeeds Gábor Czike and has gained previous experience in real estate legal advice and transactions in logistics, office, retail and leisure sectors.
