Five firms in Vietnam have joined forces to create a 200-lawyer network and plan to expand even further.
The firms include Rajah & Tann LCT, the Vietnamese arm of the Singapore-based practice that is one of the best known in Asia. The others are Bross & Partners, LuatViet, Phuoc & Partners and VLT Lawyers.
The firms will continue to operate as independent entities and the alliance say they will work solely on a goodwill basis built on fair competition.
An aim of the alliance is to further the development of the local legal market. The members of the alliance intend to help each other on training and by sharing other resources according to Asian Legal Business
